Delivery and Returns

When will I receive my item?

Standard Delivery: Unless otherwise stated you should receive your product within 3-7 working days once dispatched, however please see our main Terms & Conditions for our full terms of delivery

Next Day Delivery: Some post codes including those in the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the Channel Islands are excluded from Next Day Delivery. If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date because of an Event Outside Our Control, we will contact you with a revised estimated delivery date.

Can I track my order?

If you have provided an email address, and your order has been sent via a courier other than Royal Mail (please check your order confirmation for courier information), you will receive an email with a link to your tracking information.  If your order has been sent via Royal Mail, please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.  If you have still not received your order, please contact our Customer Service team who will be happy to help.

How much is delivery?

This can vary from product to product. The delivery charge can be found on each product page under the delivery tab.

Where do you deliver?

UK and the Republic of Ireland. 

Residents of the Republic of Ireland can order from www.highstreettv.ie or speak to one of our agents 24/7 on 0412 132 900.

 What if I am not in to receive my delivery?

If you are not available to take delivery of your  Express or Next Day Delivery package our courier will look for a secure area to leave your parcel such as a garage, out building or neighbour.  They will then leave a card confirming where the parcel has been left which will also have contact details to arrange a re delivery if necessary. For standard deliveries we also use Royal Mail who may return the package to the sorting office for collection.



How do I return an item?

High Street TV want you to be totally satisfied with your order, however, if you do need to return an item, you may cancel your order within 14 calendar days after the day you receive your product, and receive a full refund.

In addition, for peace of mind, we provide a 30 day money back guarantee for all of our products.  You may cancel your order within 30 days after the day you receive your product, and receive a refund on the full product price, excluding postage and packing charges.  Products must be returned to us in their original packaging (unless cancelled in accordance with clause 8.1 – link to terms and conditions here).  Cancellations and returns after this period has expired will not qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

In order for us to process your return as quickly as possible, please follow the below guidance:

  • When packaging your return, please complete and include the returns slip at the bottom of your original invoice.  This will be found in the packing slip on the front of your parcel.


  • If you no longer have your invoice handy, please insert a cover note with the following information:

-         Order Number

-         Name and address

-         A brief explanation of the fault


We will only be able to process your return if your order number is shown.

You will be responsible for meeting the costs of returning products to us unless the product is faulty.

Please note the following exclusions on returned items (for full terms and conditions click here):

  • Unsealed goods unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
  • Any made-to-measure or custom-made products or products made to your specification or clearly personalised;
  • Perishable goods, such as nutritionals, food or drink;
  • Software, DVDs or CDs or other audio or visual recordings which you have opened or unsealed;
  • Goods that by reason of their nature cannot be returned including but not limited to items which cannot be returned in the same physical state as they were supplied;

Please allow 7-10 working days for your replacement item or refund. If you are requesting a replacement item this will be dispatched to the same address as your original order.


If you would like to return your item using our pre-paid Collect+ service, please contact our Customer Service Team on the number/ email below.  There is a charge for this service.  An electronic label allowing you to return your item via a Collect + store will be sent to you separately.

You can then drop off your item at a local Collect + store at a time that's easy for you, 7 days a week.
